A MULTI-DAY FESTIVAL TO DRIVE TOURISM REVENUE DURING A SHOULDER SEASON

The Highlands Food & Wine Festival is a celebration of culinary excellence, crafted beverage experience & amazing musical talents. Segmented into 5 mini-events, festival attendees enjoy the atmosphere of a quaint mountain town. I was part of this festival since its first year to year 3. In year 3, the festival was a complete sellout, with retailers and hotels reporting 1.5M+ in revenue for the November weekend. Sales at key retailers were up almost 500% as compared to sales on the same weekend in 2015.

My role in the festival was concept creation, production, leading the ticketing and senior lead on operations of the entire festival, but mostly acting as Director of Chefs. As the Director of Chefs, my role was to find & convince the best of the best in the local & surrounding markets to join our festival. I created pitches, held meetings & ultimately worked hand-in-hand on site with the 50+ chefs & restaurants.

Facebook Community Boost

Facebook Community Boost is a multi-city TED-style event designed to promote advertising services to local small businesses. Eleven Events produced the event in Greenville, New Orleans, Atlanta, Charlotte & Little Rock.

I was production support & venue sourcing to the experiential team hired to manage the 40-city mobile tour for Facebook’s small business initiative. Originally hired to produce only Greenville, SC, Eleven became a trusted extension of the On Board Experiential team. I personally was part of the team in every city listed above, while solo representing Eleven Events in Charlotte, Springfield & Little Rock.

Topgolf Global Star Awards

Topgolf's Global Star Awards is the largest annual company event. The 500+ top Playmakers
from across the world & brand come together for a night of celebration & recognition. 
I have personally been the lead producer & project manager on this event for the last 3 years. Due to starting in November 2019 & the pandemic, each year, my committee & I have had about 3 months to plan this event start to finish. The event starts with coordinating the voting system & tallying for every venue & office (80+ surveys). My committee consists of 5 other Playmakers with various titles in the company, as well as one 3rd party source for hotel sourcing & coordination. This team & myself manage every part of the event process from event concept & planning, creative, communications, registration, decor (mostly DIY due to budget), vendor management, ceremony creation & coordination...everything.

AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR 1600 TOP SALES ASSOCIATES

For seven years, Eleven Events has created one of the most special events for the Verizon SE Market’s top sales professionals. Most recently, 1600 “Verizon Rock Stars” were flown to Orlando, FL for an unforgettable night of celebration at the House of Blues.

Eleven Events helped to concept the evening, providing creative event design, talent booking and production, management of hotel lodging, AV partners, and manufacturing partners like Samsung and Google.
